The proposal happen in Niagara Falls in February 2018. 

As we walked across the bridge from New York to Canada little did I know he had been carrying a ring with him the whole time we had been walking around in the freezing cold weather enjoying all of the beautiful scenery. We stopped at the boundary line for the US and Canada to take photos with the plaque on the bridge and admire the view. 

It was fun and all but I was cold and ready to truck on!

He stopped me and said wait let's enjoy the view a little longer. I said okay because he's always right. (wink wink)

There he stood on the Canadian side with me on the U.S. side holding my hand and looking into my eyes he says

"I am always out of the country and you are always in the states but we are always this close together."  swoon

Down on one knee. Ring box open. (yes he did the knee thing)

"I love you Brandi Brown. Will you marry me?"   

Picture me crying saying are you sure?

He said "yes"I said "YES!"

On we went to Canada where I told everyone we saw along the way until we got back to our hotel that "WE WERE ENGAGED!"
