What does "All Inclusive" include?

Basically how it sounds.  All food, drinks, snacks, room service.  The resort also has plenty of options available for a cost.  Private dinners, upgraded drinks, day beds, Spa (highly recommend)

Do I need to tip?

While you don't need to the staff is very appreciative of any tips you can give.  They work for very little salary and rely on tips as part of their income.  House keepers are often forgotten!

Can I get cash on property?

Yes. The concierge desk can convert USD or CAD to pesos at almost any time of day.  There is also a bank machine located outside the pharmacy that dispenses USD but the service fee is quite high so it would be best to bring any extra money you may want with you.

What services are on the property?

They have a pharmacy and gift shop on property if needed. Things like sunscreen are available but also at a greatly inflated cost, try to pack everything you feel you will need.
