How we got engaged

On June 6th, 2014, Josh and Arielle went out for a date night with plans to meet up with friends later that evening. Dinner was at Ruths Chris at PPG place in downtown Pittsburgh, a place that the couple had been to before. After dinner was over, Josh and Arielle walked out the front door and started to walk in different directions. Arielle told Josh that he was going in the wrong direction to the car. He said that we arent going to the car and to follow him. As we rounded the corner of the street, there was a horse and carriage waiting for the two of them to take them on a ride through the city. As the two sat in the back of the horse and carriage, they held hands and talked. As the two crossed the bridge going into station square, Josh began to tell Arielle how much she meant to him and how much he loved her. As he was getting ready to propose, Arielle asked Josh "You're not going to propose to me are you?" Josh said "Actually, I am." at which point he got down on one knee and asked Arielle if she would marry him.
