Are children invited?

No, this is an all adult resort.  Guest have to be at least 18 yrs

When is the deposit due?

A deposit of $100 per person is due by October 1, 2015. If you book after this date, the package price may increase or space may not be available at the resort.

Is the deposit refundable?

Unfortunately, no. 

Once you make a deposit, you'll receive a letter from Altair Travel, confirming the room details, along with a resort brochure so you can preview the accommodations.

When is the final payment due?

All final payments are due on November 28, 2015. You'll receive a reminder from Altair Travel in the mail two weeks before payment is due.

Is there a penalty to cancel my reservation after final payment?

Yes; here's the breakdown:

• Up to 46 days before travel: $100 per person, plus one night resort penalty


• Up to 31 days before travel: $350 per person, plus one night resort penalty


• 30 days or less before travel: 100 percent penalty

How much is travel insurance?

You may purchase travel insurance at final payment for $49.99 (per person) to cover a four-night, five-day stay.

Attire and other information

The resort requires men to wear "elegant casual" clothes to dinner so, men, don't forget dress slacks and collared shirts. What happens after I reserve a room?

Outside activities, such as snorkeling, swimming with whale sharks and exploring Mayan Ruins, can be arranged through the resort upon arrival.
