We had a whole week of adventures in Puerto Vallarta. We were staying at the Vidanta Resort, the Grand Luxxe (which was very, very nice!) and on June 14, 2017 (my birthday) we went to Las Caletas to scuba dive. Halfway through the dive someone pulled on my fins. Since I was filming with my GoPro, I thought the instructor was trying to get everyone's attention. So I looked around, the instructor was only watching, I turned all the way around and saw Jimmy. He was on the bottom of the sandy floor looking up at me holding his arm up with a ring in his hand!!

I was holding onto the ring for a while, thinking of the perfect timing to give it to Jodi. We had a vacation in June, the week of her birthday, and we both love to scuba dive. How more unique could this get? We packed for the trip and double checked everything, she came very close once to finding the ring, and we were off. I had meant to give the ring to her the day before her birthday at El Morro but the trip didn't really agree with us that day. So that next day I made sure the videographer and the instructor knew what I meant to do. When the time came, I let them know, pulled on Jodi's fins and waited for her to look down.
