Booking Options

 
Rates will need to have a flight added with our travel agent OR flights can be booked on your own. If booked on your own, flight itinerary will need to be sent to our travel agent no less than 30 days prior to travel to secure the round- trip transfers (included). Flights can be added at time of booking land portion (if available at that time OR can be added at later date). Please keep in mind that flights tend to get higher closer to date of travel, so it is advisable to book flight's sooner than later.

Please note- A limited number of rooms have been held for this wedding, so please book early especially if you want to book a specific room category.

 

Deposit & Payments

Deposit amount due at time of booking $200 per person. **Plus cost of insurance (if purchased)**

3/15/2024 $200 per person

4/19/2024 $200 per person

5/17/2024 $200 per person

 6/14/ 2024 $200 per person

                         7/19/ 2024 Remaining Balances due in full 

The above payment grid is based on the 7 night stay.
Please note-monthly payment plans can be revised to fit your needs and overall cost of trip. Larger increments can be applied at any time and weekly installments are accepted. 

The above grid may need to be adjusted for your specific dates and package. 

Payments are never automatically debited unless instructed to do so.
For those booking a flight with our travel agent, please note deposits may vary due to the airline chosen. Please discuss flight options with our travel agent when calling to rsvp.

 

Travel Protection

“Cancel For Any Reason” travel protection is available and highly recommended.
Travel insurance must be added within 7 days of booking.
Travel insurance pricing is based upon trip total cost. Pricing can be given when booking. Travel insurance will not cover flights unless added to the room through Apple Vacations to make it a package. 

2 types of travel insurance available-
             Voucher Back – Receive voucher in the amount paid (less cost of insurance) good for 1 yr. to travel anywhere that Apple Vacations travels.
Cashback- Receive refund in the amount paid (less cost of insurance)

Please note if booking air on your own (outside of Apple Vacations) the travel protection will not cover that air 

**Any cancelations on bookings without travel protection will incur the following fees**
March 23rd - May 1st 2024 will incur a $200 per person fee, plus any published airlines fees if applicable. May 2nd 2024 through departure date will incur 100% loss of funds. 

A Passport that is valid for at least 6mths from date of travel will be required for travel for adults. For more information on how to apply or renew your passport please visit travel.state.gov
