Our story!

Denise and Matthew first met 5 years ago when their paths crossed in Paramedic School. 
Their friendship grew over that year, where they constantly competed against one another (feel free to ask them who got the higher grades). Denise still remembers the first time Matt asked her to dinner the second semester of paramedic school. It was after class and they had parted ways and as Denise was walking to the library, Matt pulled up in his car and asked her out on her last first date. Matt’s heart was pounding out of his chest. And Denise couldn't stop smiling for the rest of the day. 

It was clear from their first date that Matt and Denise were a great match for each other. After Matt embarrassed Denise at a game of billiards her competitiveness arose swiftly as she whooped Matt during bowling later that evening. 

Since then, their love for one another continued to grow as they pushed each other to be the best version of themselves. After graduation, Matt went on to work as a paramedic in the emergency room while Denise worked as a paramedic on the ambulance. Their favorite moments on shift were the times when Denise would bring a patient to the same ER Matt was working at.

Matt proposed to Denise during their vacation last year in Miami. The proposal couldn't have been any more perfect, overlooking a pier in Coconut Grove Florida! With Denise finishing up her PA degree and Matt starting medical school this summer, they are both excited and eager to begin a lifetime of happiness together.
