We have a block of 9 rooms reserved at a discounted rate. Below are the details about the rooms and what is available. Balance is not due until the beginning of September.

Rooms Reserved: (All rooms below are for 2-person occupancy & 2 Night Stay 10/3-10/5)*

7 JR Suites King Bed (US$ 1,666)

1 JR Suit Doubles Bed (US$ 1,616)

1 Preferred JR Suite Ocean View (US$ 2,070 total)

*These rooms are first come first serve so please contact us if you are interested. You are more than welcome to book your room on your own please just be aware costs usually go up on the rooms the closer we get to the event.

 

FAQ: So here are some items you might be wondering about

When do you want us to come?

-Great question ideally we would love for you to be at the resort by 4 pm on Thursday, October 3rd, and for the main event on Friday, October 4th.

For our guests, we will be doing a welcome party on October 3rd the exact time of that is still TBD. Since the wedding party will be doing a rehearsal dinner this night all other guests are welcome to explore the resort as they have 12 restaurants available. 

For the wedding party only, we will be doing a rehearsal dinner after the welcome party at 6 pm to 7pm on Thursday, October 3d. 

 

The Ceremony will be at 4:30 pm on Friday, October 4th
The Cocktail Hour will be from 5-6 pm on Friday, October 4th
The Reception will be from 6-9 pm on Friday, October 4th

The party doesn't have to stop at 9 pm. There are lots of spots that we can move to on the resort that have food, booze, and music.

The welcome party is not necessary if you want to come in on October 4th instead of October 3rd that works too.

The attire for the wedding will be BLACK COCKTAIL! This means we want everyone to wear black, we understand if you can not meet this request but we strongly encourage this as it will look spectacular!
