It was all a dream ... A dream that started on March 1, 2020.   We had our first date at Mad Oak Bar in Oakland, CA. The week prior, we had matched on the online dating app Bumble. A spur-of-the-moment date and follow-up Taco Tuesday led to love and commitment. Neither of us was prepared for what would become our reality—an international pandemic. However, the beauty of the situation was that shelter-in-place due to COVID-19 would push us closer together and remind us about the most important thing—LOVE. 

 

On July 23 Norman proposed at home in our living room.  We then began planning our wedding. The realities of the times inspired us to choose to have a microwedding March of 2022.  We are excited to make a public commitment to our love with family and friends in person and via Zoom. 

 

We believe that God brought us together when we needed each other the most. And we are thrilled about what he has in store for our family and future.
