Lisa and Jesse met at Kim’s birthday party in 2007. Although Lisa was preoccupied that night, Jesse knew that he wanted to pursue the light eyed brunette that had caught his attention. He knew just what to do.. make friends with her sister Jeanne! After a very stern lecture, Jeanne finally gave him Lisa's number and agreed to let him come to her birthday party the following weekend so he could see her again.

After a couple of awkward dates and a very coached first kiss (thanks Kim!) the young couple soon noticed they were falling in love.. After asking permission from Pat, Jesse planned a very elaborate engagement surprise. For his birthday he got a group together to go skydiving. At 13,000 feet, while Lisa was strapped to her instructor, Jesse dropped to one knee and asked her to be his wife! The surprise only continued when they got home and all of their friends and family were there to congratulate them. Everyone had a great time.. and some even learned how to do a keg stand (yes, we are talking about you Pat!)

It has been months of planning, but now the big day is right around the corner! May 23, 2010 is the day we have chosen to tie the knot. We hope everyone can come and help us celebrate our big day!

Our wedding is being held at Lake Wilderness lodge in Maple Valley. The ceremony will be held outside by the lake if the weather is nice enough. Feel free to dress however you would like.. casual to formal.. whichever you are more comfortable!

The reception is being held at the same location as the wedding. We will have lots of food, drinks and music. We will also have a photobooth for everyone to snap a few photos to go in the guestbook!
