Erin Painter & Sean Hillis
Our Story
Sean and Erin first met in February of 2007 at a mutual friend’s house. Immediately, there was an attraction between the two of them. They began to see each other regularly and quickly became inseparable. When Sean first visited Erin's house, Erin's mom said that Sean resembled her best friend from high school. Sean then asked who she was speaking of and she responded Vicki Brown (Sean's Mom). Surprised at the response, Sean told his mother of the news. Soon thereafter Erin's mom and Sean's mom were able to rekindle the friendship they once shared. Erin lost her best friend and mother on November 8, 2007. Sean and Erin decided it was time for a change in their life after Erin's mother passed. They blindly moved to Lexington, South Carolina, where they currently reside. They have purchased their first home together and have a 2 year-old dog, Buckeye, who brings them tremendous joy. Sean asked Erin to marry him on their back deck on the warm spring night of May 29, 2009.
Our Wedding
Our wedding will be held at The Secrets Resorts Maroma Beach in Riviera Maya, Mexico on May 28, 2010 at half past five in the evening. We would love to have as many family members and friends as possible join us to share in the joy of our marriage.
Our Reception
Our reception will be immediately following the ceremony. We have decided to have a cocktail hour and poolside dinner, followed by dancing through the night.

A Special Message From Us
We thank everyone for their support and well wishes as we embark on our life together. We understand that some may not be able to make the trip, but would still enjoy a thoughtful gift or message. To those who will be able to make the trip, the resort is an all-inclusive resort located on the most beautiful beach in the world. We will be able to relax and enjoy each other’s company for a couple days before or after the wedding. Again, thanks to everyone who is helping us make this occasion the absolute best!!! With Love,
