We have partnered with DestinationWeddings.com specialist, Kim Short, to reserve rooms for our guests at a special group rate (we compared it to the top 4 travel websites, and it was still cheaper by at least $70)! Please book your rooms through our wedding reservations website to ensure you get the group discount, and for the resort to recognize you as a guest of our wedding.

4. Once you're logged in, click either "Your Event" or "Ready to Book: Get Started!" to get review, select and submit your room reservation request

• You can reserve your room with a $100 deposit. And keep in mind, you do not have to pay the full amount of your room up front, as you can take advantage of the payment plan. 
• In order to take advantage of our special group rate discount, you must book a minimum of 3 nights. If you plan to book less than 3 nights, the discount would not apply and you will not be able to reserve your room through our reservations webpage. So if you plan to stay less than 3 nights, you can reserve your room directly through the resort OR any other 3rd party travel source. Be sure to arrange transport from/to the airport, as some travel sites may not include this in their price and/or may offer it as an add-on. 
• On the reservations page: after inputing your travel dates, the page will populate the cost per person per stay (not per night).
  • For example: if 2 people are sharing a room and staying for 3 nights, the cost is $883 per person for the total of 3 nights (not $883 per night)
  • The $883 includes transportation (to/from airport and resort), unlimited food & drinks, and activities!

*Room tip: Consider sharing a room with someone to save money. However, if you're a couple and want to save money by rooming with another couple, the difference in overall cost for you two to get your own room is only about $20. So if you want your own room together, we recommend spending the extra $20 for the privacy and romance aspect <3
