Tiffany was born and raised on the island of Kauai.  She graduated from UNLV with a degree in Accounting. After working at Deloitte & Touche, LLP she returned to her alma mater and is currently the Chief Financial Officer at UNLV, where she met the love of her life.

Jay was born in Thomasville, Georgia and grew up in Tallahassee, Florida.  He graduated from Notre Dame with a degree in Marketing and Computer Applications. Jay's career began in the private sector, and lead him to a career in collegiate athletics.  He currently serves as a Senior Associate Athletic Director at Northern Illinois University.
