Tina and John would first like to express sincere appreciation to all of there many family members and friends who have helped them to be where we are today. We’ve had so much fun and experienced so much thus far in our journey. So how did we meet? On the Internet, of course. Tina emailed John, telling him sweet nothings. OK, not really. John was very reluctant to meet. Tina went fishing, with a line that, even today, is unmatched. “I guess I’ll go out alone then, if you don’t want to come with me”. And what a line it was. John slipped out of his hole that night, and the rest is history. We met on April 3, 2006. We’ve been in love, smiling, and having fun ever since. We’re so excited to begin the next stage of there lives together.

Tina Lynn Phelps and John Thomas Staver will be married for time and all eternity on Saturday October 14, 2006 at 1:00 pm. They will be sealed by Reverend George N. Leathrum at the Elkton United Methodist Church at 219 E. Main St., Elkton MD.

Tina and John’s wedding reception will be held immediately following the wedding until 6:30 pm at the Elkton American Legion reception hall, located at 129 W. Main St. Elkton, MD. Scrumptious food and refreshments will be offered at the wedding reception. Musical entertainment will be provided by DaveyB. It's going to be a blast !!!
