On May 23, 1997 a life as friends and companions began for us. We both lived in the same neighborhood so we had seen each other many of time before actually meeting each other. We met at a neighborhood basketball court where Lorell often hung out. When he called me over to talk to him that was the most nervous I've ever been in my whole life. After being just friends for a year we began to date each other on a personal level August 25, 1998. We've been together ever since. There has been ups and downs but we are destined to be with other. After all there are two things that last forever and that's diamonds and love. And we're fortunate enough to have both.

We will be uniting as one at Champagne Palace in Harahan, Louisiana on September 16, 2006 at 8:00pm in thier beautiful Botanical Garden. The reception will follow right after in Champagne Palace's beautiful reception hall. The address is 701 Elmwood Park Blvd., Harahan, Louisiana.

Nothing means more to us than having our beautiful family and friends join us as we unite as one and become Mr. & Mrs. Gilyot. We appreciate all of the support, patience, and love that everyone has shown us so much of throughout our relationship.
